Terms of Service

1. Client provides clear and complete requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before Work begins.

2. Client grants to the Artist non-exclusive rights to observe and replicate Client’s own character design and reference material for the use of the Work.

3.  Client warrants that the character design and reference material provided to the Artist are legally obtained and authorized for use by the Client.

4.  Client warrants that they have the authority to enter this agreement, be the point of contact and are solely responsible for decisions and approval during the process.

5.  Artist warrants that they will not copy or heavily reference unauthorized materials.

6. Artist reserves the right to refuse projects or requests if they feel that their skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects they will not do.​

Personal Use Only

All commissions are for personal, non-commercial use unless commercial rights are purchased. You may use the artwork for icons, banners, profile pictures, and non-profit purposes.

Artist Rights

• I retain full copyright to all artwork I create.

• My work may not be used in any AI dataset, training engine, generator, or similar technology.

• I may post the artwork to my social media, portfolio, and Patreon.

• If you prefer your commission to remain private, please let me know before I begin.

Reposting

You may repost the artwork with proper credit.
Removing my signature, recoloring, editing, or otherwise altering the artwork is prohibited unless I give written permission.  You may use the artwork for icons, banners, profile pictures, and non-profit purposes.

Prices are subject to change. Unless otherwise noted, prices listed are base prices. 

Additional fees for complex characters, markings, multiple characters, and/or content may be charged case-by-case.

Payment

Payment is completed through PayPal. Prices are in USD. The Artist will send a payment request to the Client. Payment shall be completed before work on the piece proceeds. Should a payment plan need to be discussed, it is the responsibility of the Artist and Client to reach an agreement. Upon completion, the Client will receive the high-resolution digital image for posting, as well as any other additional variants.

Refunds for Long Wait Times (IMPORTANT)

If your commission exceeds SIX (6) months in production time, you may request a refund at any time, regardless of progress. This will refund the commission 100%, however, the artist is allowed to repurpose what of the commission is left for any use the artist wishes.

 

A minimum of two (2) weeks is required for processing refunds.

Client-Initiated Refunds: 

You may cancel:

Before work begins > full refund.

During sketch phase > partial refund.

After sketch approval >  refunds are not available unless due to the six-month clause above.

 

No Refunds:

No refunds are issued if:

The painting stage has begun

The final artwork has been delivered

(unless it qualifies under the six-month delay policy)
