She was no longer the careless color of sea foam but rather the color of snow falling on a moonlit night. But her eyes were still clear and unwearied, and she still moved like a shadow on the sea...
⋅ Opal Alicorne
What gives the Licornes their magic and the only true way to assume a Licorne’s age. Miorjah’s Alicorne is pale, shimmering opal, telling she is of royal blood that spirals from her brow, framed by her feminine bangs.

⋅ Starlit Eyes
Her azure, moon-pale eyes are eternally bathed in starlight, the golden reflection of both the Crescent Moon and stars are eternally reflected in her eyes, occasionally paired with shimmering lavender and rosate hints and reflections.
She, born like a pale flower by some sad maiden cherish'd, and fed with true-love tears, instead of dew;
She smelled like white roses and was as fragile as moth wings.

⋅ Celestial Birthmark
Common for Licornes and a true designation of their House, Miorjah’s family is known for their celestial moon birthmarks upon their lower stomach. Miorjah’s is a pale gold, flanked by two four-point stars on each side, the closer petal pink and the farther a pale blue.

⋅ Rapunzel Locks
Miorjah’s hair is almost impossibly long, as if it doesn’t break by stress. The ringlets often can drag on the floor, including her long tail. Despite this, the hair seems airy, floating in the lightest of breezes and allowing extravagant updos.
Flushed Fingertips
The mare's hands are especially fragile, with long fingers that flush easily at the fingertips. So, her hands maintain that rosy hue as though color pools there naturally, regardless of the season. She keeps her nails well maintained, leaving them unadorned and filed round. The mare has no need for lacquers or pigments, favoring the natural opalescence that matches her sacred Alicorne and cloven hooves.
While her hands seem pampered and unmarred thanks to her noble, privileged life, upon her left hand there are hints of her favorite pastime, a small callus upon her pinky that signifies her mastery with oil and watercolor paints alike.
Ivory curls adorn the princess's head in beautiful luxurious ringlets. Often tied into complex styles adorned with ribbon or diligently braided for simplicity and comfort better suited for a girl of her birthright. Her hair is more becoming of a precious doll rather than that of a living girl.

Lunehart Royal Birthmark

Miorjah is a white Licorne, known as a “moonkissed” – these Licornes are believed to have powerful magic abilities and ties to Mother Moon stronger than the typical Licorne. White Licornes are often historical figures or characters within folklore. Living moonkissed Licorne had seemed to have died out long ago. Miorjah, the first moonkissed babe born within several generations, was seen as a blessing to her dying lineage, a myth made flesh and a fable’s heroine brought to life.
Moonkissed
Like many royal mythical creatures, The Lunehart house has its birthmark as a result of their magic. A symbol of their ties to the Lunaire Mare and the Larme De La Lune taken visual form in a beautiful full moon with a pale gold crescent moon laid atop it, flanked by stars of any color. It is believed by the Licornes that the color of the stars that flank their moon foreshadows their destiny.

Miorjah's hooves are cloven like all Licorne, retaining the delicate appearance of a doe rather than a mare. Like her Alicorne, her hooves are an opalescent lilac and pearl, glimmering with arcana even in the darkest nights. While most hooves echo against any stone, Miorjah's own steps were once silent, allowing the lonesome mare to appear and disappear like a ghost.

After being taken from Trianta, Miorjah's silent steps were frightening to maids and warriors alike, in tandem with her hooves splitting from the endless chill of Wulfheim. So, the princess was shod in glittering golden horseshoes, stamped with heart-shaped nails to keep them in place. Now her fragile steps announced herself. The sound is delicate, almost lyrical, a soft proclamation of her approach through cold stone corridors.
Gilded Hooves
In both a signifier of dominance and devotion, the collar and cuffs that often adorn Miorjah's person are hewn from mythical Shattersteel, protecting her neck from the only blow that can truly slay a Licorne — decapitation. Her cuffs, carved from the same metal, disallow any but her beloved from binding the mare.
The King ensured the cuffs and collar were adorned with Licorne Opal, rubies, and pearls, in favor of her personal aesthetic. They rest against her skin beneath layers of fabric and bared to the air alike as private tokens of his devotion and regard. The princess never removes them, finding reassurance and comfort in their weight.

Heartslocke
Crafted along with her cuffs and collar, the heart-shaped lock is the final piece in honor of the princess' gifted submission. It hangs only from a bow attached to the back of her collar. The collar itself is set with glittering rubies overlaid with metal forming them into immortal roses, matching the small rubies of the rest of the set.
Only the King possesses the means to release it from upon her swan-white neck, a matching key that he keeps on his person perpetually as a symbol of his devotion.
